MAD (in Ballarò) Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of Palermo, two steps to the famous Ballaro Market and Quattro Canti square, ten minutes to the Cathedral, the Teatro Massimo and all the monuments and the most important places in the old town.
In 10 minutes you can easily reach the Central Railway Station and the bus stop to /from Palermo Airport. The harbour of Palermo is a 25 minutes walk.
The handcrafted design, great passion of the owners, makes very original and creative the apartment. It's newly renovated and offer great privacy and all comforts.
The common areas, friendly and colorful, are available to guests, with a selection of books, comics and board games; in the green little terrace, space for smokers.
The two bedrooms are equipped with private bathroom for the exclusive use, LED TV 24 "and DVD / Blue ray player, NETFLIX, free wi-fi, desk, air conditioning and heating in the winter and decorated with works of artists and craftsmen of recycling.
We offer a full breakfast (gluten free on request) in the living room and a relax area in the little covered terrace.

Every day our guests can choose a different breakfast on our menu: various types of coffee (espresso Lavazza, decaf, ginseng, long) and milk (cow, rice), cappuccino, yogurt, fruit juices, a wide selection of teas and herbal teas, the freshly squeezed oranges in season; and then Nutella, local fruit's jams and honey, biscuits, corn flakes, muesli, toast, as well as delicious samplings of the local bakery. On request breakfast is available gluten free, for our celiac guests.
The Blue Room is a double room equipped with all comforts and a private bathroom with internal access to the room, free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, LED TV and DVD / Blu-ray player, wardrobe, desk, safe and toiletries complimentary. MAD bed & breakfast is located a two minutes (walking) to the Quattro Canti and the churches of Jesus (so called Casa Professa), San Cataldo, and Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio (Martorana), to the historic market Ballarò, attended by hundreds of people, and the Fontana Pretoria. In ten minutes you can reach the Cathedral, the Teatro Massimo, the Palace of the Normans. All other monuments, museums and gardens of the old town are easily reached on foot, without the use of public transport.
